As a woman, I worry

As a woman, I worry about crime in my city, and that is why I decided to take a self-defense class. David, from Rapid Self Defense, teaches in a simple to understand manner and the remote learning was easy and effective. I learned to increase situational awareness, how to avoid being a victim of a crime, and what to do if I become a target of someone who wants to hurt me. I thought the class was so helpful, that I employed David to teach my daughters the materials and methods. David is a pro in this arena. You can trust him to teach useful avoidance and tactical information that will help you to stay safe.
